The outside balcony old and not maintained and the sliding door didnt open easily and squeaked loudly in protest. On the main floor - Ceiling leaking a few spots - and could see plastic bins on the ground and obviously some sort of water damage problem

Location awesome for the needs of us. Was shocked at a hot breakfast thought it was a coffee and muffin, so was extremely impressed. All the staff very pleasant and helpful in what to do in the area, restaurants etc. We enjoyed facing the back as no noise.

I was told I could have another bed as we were 5 people and it never came so the sleep was not comfortable as we all had to squash together

Great in terms of a quick comfy stay for a big family
Positives:
The hotel is excellent. My room had a king-size bed and a sofa bed. It also had a coffee maker, microwave. Breakfast was included, and if you stay for multiple days, there are always new options to try. I highly recommend it.
Negatives:
It would be nice to have a bathrobe and slippers in the room, as well as larger-sized toiletries.

Positives:
Room was way bigger than expected. Check in and check out was super smooth. Breakfast was awesome, good selection. Location was right on a bus route.
Negatives:
Could have used some more toiletries, there were 2 adults and 1 toddler, but only 1 tiny bottle each of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and 2 small bars of soap. But we also didn't request more and I'm sure they would have been happy to provide it!
