Had extremely noisy room right at the street side. Horrible. Front desk staff not particularly helpful. Shuttle to Canada Place was a no show, had to take a taxi to cruise ship.

Everything was just right, front desk staff extremely helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the complimentary breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. We also took advantage of the complimentary shuttle to the cruise terminal. Prefect.
