Location is really good, staff very helpful and room was clean
Negatives:
we booked a room with a balcony, but the one given did not had a balcony. their reasoning was that we requested a top floor room, but all of the rooms in the top floors, only 2 did not have a balcony and we were given one of them.
Also the room had an awkwardly positioned column in the middle of the room.
Also in the corridor there is an ice machine which during the night is a bit noisy.

Great location, lots of food options near by. Walk to Granville island is not too far. Clean hotel and helpful staff!

Room was a good size. Underground parking was clean and well lit.

Housekeeping was not the best. Upon returning to the hotel one day, we saw that we did not have our room serviced (even though we left the sign on the door handle when we left in the morning) and when we called down to advise the front desk, all service staff had left for the day.
