Great hotel for staycations if...
Positives:
Jose at the front desk was very helpful and was very friendly and genuine!! Gave us ideas for what to do and offer any assistance we may need. Close to restaurants and attractions too! Room was clean and fit our needs well.
Negatives:
Only thing was the sink made a constant dripping noise…we just closed the door to the bathroom at night. Did let the front desk know upon our departure. Parking was a bit pricey but understand all the hotels are about the same.

The staff were miserable and rude. The man who checked us out didn’t ask us how our stay was or make any chat at all, very miserable and unfriendly. The mini fridge didn’t work and the bath was gross and didn’t drain.

Great location, good room size - overall majority of staff good

Late one night our door was opened by other guests with their room key. Upon staff investigating we were informed by Day Manager that in theory it was our fault as door hadn’t closed properly.
All 3 of us were pretty sure we double checked door however, if technician said we hadn’t we didn’t dispute. My issue was how the Day Manager didn’t seem to acknowledge how upsetting it was to have someone enter your room whilst sleeping and just kept implying our fault. Although she offered a discount it wasn’t our intention, more that security be looked at.
Overall the staff were helpful but definitely tainted our stay.
