Short stay over night excellent...

It took 45 minutes for the staff to check us in - they were totally incompetent and wanted photo id for everyone staying in the room, regardless if they had a drivers license. Double charged the couple in front of us and then refunded the wrong credit card. Hallways were super fragrant, which is really bad for anyone with asthma or allergies. The bad far outweighed the good. I will never, ever...ever, ever, ever stay there again. The staff were absolutely horrible, unhelpful, unfriendly and unnerving. There was something wrong with the credit card reader to the point where i was concerned about fraud.
I had booked a pet room, because it was on the ground floor, was $10 cheaper, and had access to a fenced yard with outdoor seating and a bbq. Wouldn't let me stay in it without charging me and extra $25 for a pet, and i didn't have a pet! So they stuck me on the 3rd floor!
