Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Monday, May 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Winnipeg), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, May 13th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Winnipeg), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Winnipeg), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Important Information

A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pleas note, a pre-authorization payment of the full amount of the booked stay will be taken at the time of booking. The swimming pool area will be closed until 12 July 2019 for renovations.
