The location was fine. For many years we had stayed at the Best Western near Wayne Gretzky Drive, but our last two experiences there were awful---loud and out-of-control (drunk) people in the hallways, together with their unsupervised children, whom the management chose to ignore despite our requests to take some action.
We found your hotel peaceful and relaxing after a long day of driving from Boston. The staff at your hotel was helpful. While the breakfast was awful, the young man attending it was very nice. Your hotel is also convenient to the highway, and one needs only go back 403 a short distance to find a variety of places to eat.
Negatives:
There were hairs in the bathtub. There was no hand soap provided at the bathroom sink.
The breakfast was disgusting. It was the worst breakfast we have ever encountered while traveling over many years. We still don't know what that meat was supposed to be, and found it inedible. The pancake-like "eggs" were like rubber, and also inedible. Serving margarine and no butter is not acceptable. Everything was cold. The coffee was mediocre. This is not the way to leave guests feeling when they are about to leave the hotel. The only high point was that we discovered the relativley hidden waffle make, and thereby salvaged something we could eat.
FInally, please dump the loud music at the front door and in the lobby.

The property was beautiful. The room and bathroom were very spacious.
The staff were very polite.
Negatives:
The bed was not comfortable in room 510. The room was very hot for the first four hours at bed time. The temperature kept climbing on the thermostat until we turned it down.
The breakfast was not very impressive at all. Eggs were very cold and bacon was not cooked well enough. Also not enough seats to sit for breakfast.
When arriving the staff should hand out a paper with all restaurants around and stores. Would be so much more helpful.

We were very happy that there was a charger we could use on our Bolt. The beds were comfortable. I was glad dish soap was provided so I could clean up my personal mugs. One thing we always enjoy with Townplace suites is equipment (refrigerator, microwave) is clean and in good working order.
Negatives:
The bathroom vanity is pretty short. Site was hard to find, pretty much away from everything but commercial buildings. But it was also quiet because of that, so that was good. A good location for someone doing business in this area.

Cleanliness was poor. They need more attention to detail (door handles/ high touch point surfaces were visibility dirty & the shower head / shower fixtures not cleaned properly. Some of the glasses in the cupboard were put back in dirty, they were used and never cleaned.

Kleenex ran out. They left the bottoms and no replacement box present.
