The guy at the front desk spoke English and was extremely helpful. With directions and patience.

The fan had no on position unless heat or air conditioning was on we had 11 channels no guide no information the coffee in the room was absolutely disgusting the internet failed constantly asked for a single King got two queens the list goes on

The suite rooms were great! We made food after our tournaments in the lobby and staff were so helpful and accommodating. I love this hotel!

The restaurant on site was excellent. Room size was better than many. It had a nice sized soaker tub. The hotel decor was pleasant and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was very clean as were laundry facilities.
Negatives:
They changed it he room I booked without asking or warning. I didnt go down and complain because I was too tired. There was a large 2 rip in the wallpaper and another 12 rip in curtains. Could easily have been fixed.
