The room I originally booked had a hot tub. When I arrived I was told the hot tub had a leak so I was provided a room without one. The shower head in the new room was broken and spit water literally everywhere making showering very difficult until I
removed the shower head myself. I informed the front desk at check out.

We were not advised of the $100 hold. I signed for the room rate. No mention of this extra $100.
Was advised by front desk that I would receive a 10% discount. My credit card has not been adjusted and the $100 deposit is still there
