Annoying repetitive noise, may be a ac? no clue, but was hard to fall asleep with the noise. The shades; there was a street light outside but shades couldn't be drawn together so had to sleep with the street light entering the room.

The evening check in receptionist when asked if any handicap accessible room was available, did not explain that there were only 2 rooms in the entire hotel. I asked him why that was and he became visibly annoyed by my question.
After I reaffirmed my, I asked him for a shower chair and he said they don't have one. This is probably the 2nd time in 20 years a hotel didn't have a chair. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn franchise
