It was located a short walkable distance to a supermarket, Tim Hortons etc.
Good location for us to attend wedding events nearby.
Negatives:
There are only 2 lifts and one lift was broken the entire time. This meant the average wait time before you got the lift both up and down to your room was 10 minutes. Over the course of 5 days, it looked like the management had no intention of getting this fixed.
Cleaning was good when done. But most of the time, they didn't seem to come at the right time to clean, nor did used towels get replenished.
The breakfast was awful.

Positives:
This property was very clean. The staff make you feel at home and are available anytime.
Negatives:
I don’t like the fact that they had so much security because of the refugees / immigrants. It made my children feel unsafe. As a family we could not use the lounge space at check in. Unfortunately there was constant loitering in the entrance and at the elevators. Having to wait for conversations to be finished before moving out of the way for paying customers to use the elevators. Very frustrating

Very nice hotel but need...
Positives:
The room was clean and a good size. Beds were really comfortable.
Negatives:
One of the manager was very rude as I wanted to pay with a debit card. Although, their policy requires a credit card, I contacted the hotel via the app weeks before travel to query if I could pay with the debit card. I received a reply assuring me using a debit is fine. On arrival at check-in, I was told no and that the app has nothing to do with them. I was spoken to rudely, and made to feel so unwelcome. Other than that one manager, I found the rest of staff to be very polite and helpful. I had an issue with the shower, which they rectified almost immediately.

It took 20 minutes to complete the check-in process, which was annoying. I arrived at 2am, so not the best time for customer service, but I still feel it took really long for the staff to find my reservation.
