Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ottawa West-Nepean

Negatives: Our room had a leak in the pool, we got switched rooms and we downgraded not what we were paying. so we left and went to a new hotel because it was for our anniversary and it wasn’t what we wanted booked for the jacuzzi unfortunately it didn’t work

Negatives: It was under construction, but that's not their fault. It was still neat and clean.

Negatives: I reserved through booking.com but it was not appearing in their system on site. The front desk staff told me they would follow up and get back to me, asking that I pay again in the meantime, but never called me. When I discovered the tv in the room was so old that it didn't have an hdmi input, I asked if anything could be done and again was told they would have to get back to me and ,again, I never heard anything. When I checked out, I asked if there had been any resolution to the reservation issue I had when checking in and the woman at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. Very poor customer service by the gentleman I dealt with during the night I stayed. No attempt to resolve my issues or to communicate with me or with the following shift, even after saying he would "follow up."
