Nothing property is filthy rooms arrive absolutely horrible

The rooms are absolutely horrible. Internet doesn’t work. Cable doesn’t work. Went to three different rooms king size bed with Jacuzzi rooms beds are falling apart completely over priced. Lights in the bathroom flicker like a strobe light great for somebody with epilepsy. I tried to ask the front desk to fix it. Absolutely nothing was done about it. my three kids had an absolute horrible time as it was my daughter‘s birthday and most of her Saturday got spent with me at the hotel dealing with problems about the hotel and trying to get them To resolve the issue but again the staff are horrible and cannot do their job properly nor is there ever a manager on duty I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to get a refund and check out. They told me there is nothing they can do about it.

The front desk were nice and the room attendants who brough us light bulbs and towels for our room because it had none.
Negatives:
We didn't have breakfast or stay after checking in. The room didnt have lamps with bulbs. There was no tv remote, there werent enough towels for us. We discovered bed bugs then checked out we are now waiting for our refund.

Floors were dirty in room. I wore white socks and they quickly turned black on bottoms.
Also there was a homeless guy who kept coming around our room outside. He kept putting his knapsack on a tree outside the window. And in the room I was in the window wouldn’t open.

Besides that they say 1 price and charge u another one extra and extra with no reason the breakfast time was a disaster the microwave was so dirty outside like black grease and the carpet was so dirty and the lobby and the full hotel smell so bad
