People were rude. We were harrased by a group of people who were clearly on drugs that were staying at the property. Left after 20 mins and two panic attacks late. Hotel refuse to give the money we payed back even tho we didn’t stay and what happened to us on arrival.

there was nothing to like the hotel is shut down and I have asked booking . Com to give me my money back as this hotel has been shut down for a while and they took my.money I was livid when I got to niagra and seen this hotel was closed. sat in a parking lot for over an hour trying to find somewhere to stay for me and my.child. I found a hotel then contacted booking. com as Travelodge would not help me or let me stay in the other hotel for the same price. when I contacted booking all they said is "Unfortunately, Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Lundys Lane informed us that they can no longer accommodate you due to .To help get your trip back on track, you can book any property on Booking.com.Please make sure your new reservation is for the same dates as your original one. Not to much I liked.
Negatives:
The outside is deceiving. Everything is dated and dirty. There are no working ice makers you have to ask the staff to get it from behind the desk. There was water damage everywhere. Our room looked out onto a deck off the pool area that was full of garbage and broken furniture. The room door didn’t lock or shut properly. Our room was “given away” when I called to say we were going to be a late check in. The “breakfast” was an absolute joke.

Request for Compensation Due to Issues During Stay (Reservation Dates: 8/31 - 9/1)
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from August 31st to September 1st. My husband called yesterday, and we were instructed to submit our concerns in writing. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and feel that we are being given the runaround.
I rented two rooms (Room 219 and 215). Room 219 had several issues: the jacuzzi did not work, the phone was not operational, and the TV only had one channel. After reporting these problems to the front desk, we were moved to Room 125, which also had issues—there was no hot water and no remote control for the TV.
A maintenance staff member came to check the problems and informed us he would return to provide a solution, but after waiting for 40 minutes without any update, my husband went back to the front desk. After another 10 minutes, we requested to return to Room 219, where at least there was hot water, although the jacuzzi, phone, and TV still did not function properly.
Due to the late hour and the presence of my elderly parent in Room 215, leaving the hotel was not an option. I had chosen your hotel specifically for the amenities, particularly the jacuzzi, which I was looking forward to using. Unfortunately, I did not receive the experience I paid for.

Everything. No hot water for showers. Room was dirty. Drinks machine out of service. Breakfast was a joke. Bagels mini boxes of cereal room temperature milk. Expired yogurt cups ( August 14th!) And soft boiled eggs. So bad.

Nothing the room was ant infested, the sheets were stained, the mattress was stained. There were ants in our towels/linen. Kids were cold as we had to strip the bed of all sheets and we weren’t given another comforter.
Negatives:
As we walked into the room there were 3 staff “cleaning the room” when I asked if they had bug issues due to seeing 2 mattresses by the garage bin I was advised no bugs very clean.
