Positives:
The hotel is well located in the east end of Pembroke. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel has an indoor pool (which I didn't use, so can't speak to). All the usual services/amenities were present (in-room coffee, fridge, microwave) and in good working order. We enjoyed out stay. This hotel is not fancy, by any means, but represents value for money.
Negatives:
We stayed in a double room with double beds. The mattresses were on the old and saggy side. If you are someone who requires a firm mattress, the room we were in would not work for you.
