Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. The hotel is close to all the sightseeing hotspots. This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is comfortable, clean and an oasis of calm in a busy city. Our meals in the restaurant and the Consort bar were sublime, freshly made and with top quality ingredients. The standard of Customer Service is second to none! Every member of staff we encountered, from cleaners, waiters, reception and doormen were friendly, informative and extremely helpful.

The room was far more spacious than expected, with two beds plus couch and table. I liked having separate shower and toilet rooms with sinks in each. The hotel is beautiful. The street cars were easily accessible from this location.

A convenience shop on premise would have been nice, but at least there was a store about a block away.

The concierge was really excellent, hands on approach, a lot of insight knowledge and helpful from the very fist second.
The room was spacious and it was quiet
The location is good as starting point to all major downtown tourist attractions.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not ok - the food was mediocre and the service was really not living up to the rest of the hotel. "Fresh" orange juice was served, which doesn't deserve the title fresh to be honest. Also the waiter were not paying attention - empty plates not taken, multiple times asking for add-on things like paper napkins, etc...
Room was spacious, but in some parts the carpet was not cleaned properly
