Positives:
The cleanliness of the room, very good floor staff
Negatives:
We were assured of a sofa at the time of booking. No sofa was provided. On raising the matter with reception desk, we were very rudely told that we should not expect a sofa because this was"not guaranteed", though it was stated clearly in our booking confirmation. As a result, my wife (who has had two hip surgeries) was put to great inconvenience. The reception desk staff were most unhelpful and dismissive, and exceptionally rude during the conversation.

The bathroom doors where terrible and the included breakfast was good but not enough options, if I was to stay again I would not bother adding the breakfast and save my extra cash to dine out instead
