All was wonderful except the desk lady during the day I was upset because my sisters wheelchair broke so I asked her if she had a screwdriver I could use to try and fix it but she said no so I asked for a table knife and responded no sorry with a huge restaurant beside her she was not a very compassionate or helpful lady our only issue was this lady did not take a few minutes to help out a person with a disability
