The hotel, despite its name "Hilton," did not offer the expected value. Inside the room, there was no information on how to contact reception or housekeeping, and the buttons on the room phones were inactive. The distance from the restaurant to the heart of downtown was quite far to walk. There were no bellmen or hotel trolleys to carry luggage, only carts similar to those at airports. The hotel restaurant closed early, and room service was unavailable. The mattress was soft and uncomfortable, and the room ventilation was poor.
