Positives:
Rooms were spacious & clean. Liked the amenities they provided both in kitchen and bathroom. Hot breakfast was awesome with a nice variety. When we checked in, their computer systems were down, so we had to wait a bit for our room. But, front staff nicely made up for it by giving us an upgrade. Supermarket was just down the block.
Negatives:
Overall property was nice but sometimes elevators didn’t work as expected. One time we had to wait more than 15 minutes for an elevator. Pool is on smaller side and lots of echo in that room, so it becomes very loud if there are many people. Open seating would have been nicer for breakfast, as server led seating added wait time.

The lobby, rooms were very good and good ambience. I liked the interiors of the lobby, tall ceilings gave a feeling of standing in a luxury hotel. The rooms were very nicely decorated with good quality furniture and linens were of good quality. They were clean and nicely maintained. The beds were made every morning and towels were changed with fresh ones.

The breakfast was limited, they could improve the breakfast menu

Roll out bed was not fit for sleeping and hotel ran out of cots. A muffin for breakfast was moldy! Mildew smell in the bathroom due to shower curtains
