Positives:
Clealiness, location, price and space was brill, staff made everything work very smoothly and professionally.
Negatives:
Breakfast - that must be some North American thing. Clearly not up to scratch compared to international standards. The breakfast times are ludicrous for holidaying guests (closes at 09:30!) and everything is throw-away. This means that spoons and knives are cheap wood - so the knives do not cut anything and wood spoons have a disgusting texture when earting yogurt. Furthermore, for a hotel this size, the breakfast room plus overspill room are inadequate.
Staff were professional but lacked warmth. Oddly, the large double bed felt very small and some of the sockets did not work at all.

Thank you, Roberto and housekeeping staff. I left personal items in the suite; within a few working days, we arranged to have them shipped to my home address. VERY much appreciated.
The suite was completely comfortable, breakfast was well presented.

Workman banging and yelling at each other outside my room at 7am in the morning. They wanted to charge me almost 40 dollars for early check in. Front desk person sounded robotic and scripted when she checked me in. No personal touch. Later check in and early check out than most...they really want that extra 40 dollars

Warning their bath tubs are unsafe and dangerous. They are sinking at the bottom creating a V shape, making it extremely difficult to stand and keep your balance. I slipped and fell, hurting my lower back. The management did not care at all about my fall!

Proximity to the festival we attended. Kitchen facilities. Balcony. Separate sleeping room.
Negatives:
The carpet and couch in our room looked filthy. The parking instructions were incorrect because the street was closed which made for a long and frustrating process. Only one room key worked, so I got locked out of my room. It took three trips down to the front desk to get it working. I requested cutlery, as per the sign in the room, but it never came. Luckily on my many trips to get the key working, I remembered to ask for cutlery. We stay here every year and this year felt really different than years past. We’ll stay here again but I would love to see less chaos next time. It would also be nice if breakfast could go until 10am.
