Female travelling alone at night. Arriving at 330am. Wanted to ensure my room was available and someone was there to check me in. Nobody available. After reading reviews this is a common problem. You arrive to Nobody and call when you arrive to get a code...IF THEY ANSWER! Lots of issues.
I messaged the property when I reserved telling them my arrival time. They never mentioned the check in process nor does the website. They make it seem like a boutique hotel. It's a hostel!
I decided to stay somewhere else with an actual front desk agent.
I called to ask for a refund as I didn't stay and was refused any money.

The bed linen was very dirty. The floor was also dirty. The bathroom is full of mold. The shower, the sink is moldy everywhere. Not safe and terrible.

Freezing room in basement with no way to shut off central air circulation vent over the bed on ceiling.. Couldn't keep warm even with heaters on max

Very convenient location - close to the main downtown walking areas with shops and restaurants.
Room was a good size for two people, with a nice hot shower and bed. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Not much to say about the property.
Would be useful to have the parking recommendation/info before arriving as it was difficult to find a place to stay - the parking garage available was a fair price - 25 for the night.
