Supposed to be accessable NOT couldn't get in door with my wheelchair. Had to drive all around building to access front door which had no switch. The room was at the far end of the building where I could not access it and it was far away from parking.there are no safety bars in bathroom and the toilet is very low to the ground . Had a very hard time to get up off it. The bed is way too high . I slept close to wall so I could use my walker and the cupboard and nightstand for support. I use the wheelchair for longer walks and the walker for shorter distances like around the house. I am really tired by days end and use wheelchair more then. I will never return and never recommend. And the driveway looks likebit's been in a war zone....need I go on

It would have been more comfortable to sleep on floor. That is how UNCOMFORTABLE the bed is! Like sleeping on cement. The staff could be a little more quiet in lobby at 2:30 am. Entirely too noisy thru hallway. When checking in we had to wait for staff to complete their conversation before they even acknowledged someone was there. On checkout person at counter was busy speaking with her friend, someone else came to serve us.
