Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Sunday, May 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Regina), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, May 26th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Regina), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, May 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Regina), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).
