I am on a cross-country bicycle tour and the staff was very accommodating in getting me a ground-floor room and allowing me an early check-in. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The ice machine was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. The bedsheets were clean, but had some holes and tears.

The employee was very nice and came and helped me unlock the door when I couldn't get it even though it was in the middle of the night

There was something questionable dripping from the "clean" towels and mold on the bathroom ceiling

The clerk tried to overcharge me from what was on booking. The facility was nasty. I had to clean the bathroom and the towels and washcloths were dingy! Ill never recommend or stay there again.

I like the fact I could bring my dog and their was no complaints.

Despite two employees being there I had to wait 15 minutes to check in until another employee got there. I was checking in well after check in time. The other guests were very loud all hours. Very poor experience.
