Negatives: breakfast could have been better

Negatives: Excessive pet fee with no portion of a return fee

Negatives: Cleanliness of room assigned is disappointing. Water pressure was low and 2nd day of stay, totally water shut down ! No water to the room.

Negatives: I asked about an early check in. When I came back at 3 pm for my keys the desk agent was very rude. Saying we don’t do before 3 pm when the gentleman was taking care of me when i got there. I chose to leave since my daughter got to the hotel.

Negatives: The shower floor did look a little dirty and the water pressure wasn’t strong and the water temperature was hard to get right. It was either slight warm to melting the skin off.

Negatives: No lights or electrical outlets worked on the entire wall of the room. This meant alarms, phone charger and computers had to be plugged into the walls opposite to the beds and sofa. This meant you have to get up out of bed to shut off and turn on alarms, and working in the bed late at night when kids are asleep was impossible because they slept where thr outlets and the lamp worked. Additionally, because only 1 lamp worked in that room, we all lived in a dimmed room for 4 days using flashlights to read. We called for assistant. They said someone would come the next day but no one ever came. Talked to the manager after the fact. Nothing was offered other than excuses like “yeah, staff should have done this but they didn’t so sorry”. This conversation made the experience even worst. I didn’t even bother to argue. No solutions or compensation was ever offered for our inconvenient. Will never return. Absolutely ruined our weekend. We could not get anything done. Do not recommend at all.
