This hotel was close to Banner Thunderbird hospital as well as some good restaurants.
Negatives:
The hotel lobby, elevator, and exterior were very dirty. The room had a terrible order so we requested to be moved to a different room. The room was somewhat adequate. This hotel is very outdated and unfortunately not clean. Staff was rude. Worst CI ever.

The lady at breakfast time was nice.

The pool was closed until further notice, WI-FI didnt work in our room, called the front desk and the guy who answered the phone wasnt polite at all.

The room loomed lime it was about to fall apart and while we were there they shut off the water cause there was a major leak coming from the third floor down to the lobby.The swimming pool was drowned in chlorine making it hard to swim comfortably.

This motel was old and in bad need of an overhaul. We have decided never to stay in comfort inns again, as this is the second sub standard place with that name.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent, basically what you'd expect; sausages, eggs, waffle maker, etc..
Lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel, including the bank we use back home.

We stayed in the second floor and I thought it was weird that you couldn't close the thick curtains all the way. We ended up using a hair tie to tie them together so we could have and feel we had privacy.
Even after paying for your room. At the hotel we had to pay an extra and refundable $50 deposit. That's pretty standard at most hotels. But when we checked out. They said that we were getting $47 back. She then in a very condescending way, told me and pointed at all these signs that say that they would keep $3 fee for this.
There's no reason for them to charge me .ore fees. I already paid a bunch of fees booking this room and it should at least mention that there would be More fees when arriving and paying this deposit.
The accumulation of fee is getting ridiculous and if I would know what my total price would of been. Maybe I would of look at somewhere else.

The whole hotel was very outdated and old feeling. However we had no issues.

When I checked in, the lady who was there was wonderful. She gave me the best room, offered to help me get my luggage in, and asked if she could help me with anything else. She was so friendly and helpful that I felt better even though I was exhausted.

The jacuzzi was not heating properly, so it was not a good experience.

I did not like how the staff and manager treated my boyfriend and I when we asked for a refund as the room they put us in was extremely outdated and not clean. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. They argued with us and told us the only thing they could do was upgrade our room and blamed us for being unhappy with a dirty room. Just one of the managers remarks was Well we arent a 5 star so I dont know what to tell you.
