Very nice facility and room. The most comfortable bed and pillows that we have had in a hotel in a long time. The large refrigerator and dishwasher are nice to have available but we didn't use them. We really loved being close to the airport but far enough that we couldn't hear it.

Amazing rooms and location.
Positives:
Nice Hotel. Reasonably clean (stained carpet), comfortable. I liked the kitchenette. Nice breakfast.

Shame about the front Desk staff.
Booked the hotel on the basis of good Google reviews. I was asked 'how would I like to pay?'. I said part IS dollars and part on card. I was told this wasn't possible, so why ask?????
Read the reviews regarding 'Juan'. I found him inflexible and brusque. I mentioned his good reviews on Google, and he ominously replied 'I'd like to keep it that way'. If I'm honest this made me feel nervous about staying, particularly after he charged me a 'refundable' $50 damage deposit to my credit card (which I haven't had refunded yet).
Also, hear next doors music coming from the TV (banging rap mixed with Spanish samba). Lucky they turned it off at 22:30, else it would have been the icing on the cake as to a stressful stay. Not returning.

Amazing! Insanely clean, quiet, the bed was so comfortable (you could actually sleep both horizontally and vertically). Great staff, breakfast, location, everything! I would definitely stay again.

We slept on the top sheet in our street clothes because the sheets didn't look clean. We didn't sleep much because of this.There were short black curly hairs on the shower soap dish.
