Negatives: Defraud and thoughtless customer service by front desk staff and management ever! I recommend, never choose Hyatt Place Phoenix/Downtown. Shocked to find the staff and manager's EGO was bigger and more valuable than Customers, Self-respect and Business!! I booked (3 months in advance) and paid for a Suite, but the staff/manager wanted to give me a regular room. I patiently gave the benefit of doubt during my first day of 5 days stay, providing them the opportunity to resolve their misinformation. It was mind-boggling to see zero correction, witnessed their extremely rude and adamant behavior!!! They never answered/replied the 15 phone calls made and 3 official emails sent by the Booking.com to resolve the situation. Funny enough, I caught the front desk staff red handed sending the calls to voicemail. Finally, I decided to move out for the reminder of the 5 days stay. It is extremely inconvenient to deal with this nonsense, and I had to check-out at 11 AM which significantly impacted my business trip. However, I could move to Home2 Suites Hilton, from second day of my 4 days stay, I am so glad to choose them. They did early check-in since I had to check out at 11 AM from Hyatt Place. They have spacious rooms with kitchenette, great breakfast and excellent customer service! Of my multiple stays in Hyatt Place hotel this is the Worst Experience ever, sorry to see the front-desk staff including their manager ruining Hyatt Place reputation!!!
