The hotel was very clean, and quiet and the breakfast was really good! Great location. We were able to walk to the Dbacks game and not worry about parking over there.
Negatives:
The only reason I gave this hotel a 9/10 was because we waited over an hour for our car to come out of the valet parking. There was only 2 guys working and everyone is checking out at the same time. Poor planning on the management to only have 2 people working. Everyone was waiting.

This hotel was in the center of downtown and easily accessible to everything. It rates a seven only because some of the staff were a little nonfriendly and there isn't a swimming pool.

Some of the staff weren't that welcoming. Also, no one came and cleaned our room.

I forgot my wallet and they would not let me check in even thought I have Apple Pay and I have a digital copy of my ID and I could confirm it via FaceTime with my wife who had my wallet at home. So I was not allowed to stay in the hotel.

the hotel was very nice & quiet , clean & great location

i think i had bad luck, the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot , they charge $35 Dollars for parking , you need to drive to another building to use the parking lot
its super close but its so hard to find if its your first time .
If you fail to find it the first time it's a nightmare.
The streets are super busy, there are streets closed and under construction, you just have to go around completely, with a lot of traffic, etc.

You can get the valet parking service for only 10 dollars more, but I was in a hurry, there was an accident and I didn't have time to wait.
I decided to take my car to park and it took me 40 minutes to find the place and park my car because there is no one to help you when entering the parking lot and you have no idea where to park because there are many spaces with reserved signs & after i left the hotel i check my bank account & they charge me two different amounts , so i am waiting to recive a reimbursement for the second change .
