$15 for parking automatically added to bill, and listed as “hotel services”. This was misleading. Luckily I asked what is was for and told hotel parking. I didn’t have a car, I was with my brothers and we all had separate rooms. I was told it is automatically added unless the guest says they didn’t have a car. How would a guest know to say that, since normally there is not a charge for parking at this type of hotel. And no mention on the website. Seems like a bit of a scam.

basic breakfast included- no room service. no bar or restaurant in resort but tea and coffee available all the time. no connectivity to city by public transport so taxi or private car is only option. nearest pub/restaurant is talking stick resort at a 10 minutes walk. reception is extremely helpful and knowledgeable- biggest selling point.
