Between Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.
