There were only 1 electrical outlet in the bedroom and of course it already had things plugged into it. Would have been nice to have more for plugging in phone chargers, etc.

The location and breakfast was decent.

From the go, the Wi-Fi of the property was down from days and they were still working on it and not fixed.
The Air conditioning system of the room was too noisy than normal.
They didn’t even provide a single big pillow for bed.
For some reason, they had fire or safety alarm ringing at 1 am in the night and I am pretty sure they should get the Decibel rate of their alarm checked. That alarm noise is not for faint people, I agree these alarms are for safety but that noise was way too loud than normal. Many people panicked not because of safety reason but because of loud sound itself.

I liked the kitchenette with full/sized refrigerator, stove burners, and microwave. Nice having a separate living room and bedroom areas. Quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
Asked for pool towels and was told they be brought to us. Didn’t happen. Asked again and told they were in the dryer. At that point gave up. At check in wasn’t given any information about the continental breakfast, pool hours, check out information, and more. Asked for a late check out and only given ann hour extra. Would’ve paid to stay later. Obviously understaffed and those working were trying to pick up the slack. Was there four nights and housekeeping never entered the room, even though I was gone one entire day. Trash can in parking lot was overflowing and not emptied for a couple of days. Lift chairs for pool and jacuzzi for disabled persons were not functional. Had I been traveling with my boyfriend he would’ve been unable to get in and out of the pool and jacuzzi without the lifts.
