Nothing at all. The place was absolutely disgusting

There was black mold throughout the room. The toilet didn't work the whole time. We were there. There were roaches in the room and part of the ceiling was falling down. We asked for a different room. And they refused... don't stay here. This place is absolutely disgusting and we are reporting it to the arizona department of health

My room key didn’t work and when i got a new one the door didn’t work. They moved me to a different room that wasn’t very clean and didn’t have bedding.

The room was not clean and smelled like urine. There was a roach crawling around in the bathroom. I was so uncomfortable, I didn't even take a shower.

The check in process was relatively easy, however I did have to wait because my reservation didn't match up what was paid for in the system. More than likely just a glitch, the front desk representative was very helpful and alleviated any stress with checking in.
Negatives:
I was very close to the main street entrance which made my room attractive to incoming patrons, and ongoing traffic.

They really tried to give me the least smelly room -- even though my choice was nonsmoking room, the odor in some rooms were smoke. Security was walking around at night, no vehical problems.

That not every traveler adheres to the nonsmoking or no pets signs.
