The attitude of the manager, Jan! They disposed of my belongings within a few hours of my moving to another far better hotel! My important documents, clothes, jewellery etc were put into a dumpster because I was unable to move my belongings in time. I had help to move some but they were unable to return immediately for the remainder! They did not even call me to tell me what they were going to do! I have health issues which they made much worse. This experience has left me traumatised for the rest of my life!

The workers were friendly and the rooms were clean. They do tend to have a slight odor due to the carpeting in the rooms. It is not overpowering, but noticeable. No live bugs in the rooms as some of the rooms I have recently stayed in had (never at this one though). I have found a few dead ones. It’s summer, no surprise there.
Negatives:
My main problem with this stay was that the worker that checked me in was asking for ADA paperwork for a service animal. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and she is his catcher dog for when he falls and a retriever of items for him. But a business may not ask for paperwork. They can ask what job she performs, and if she is required because of a disability.
And the pool says its hours are 10am-9pm…. People need to actually pick that gate. People in the pool at 11:30pm-12:30am is ridiculous.

Overall it was a good...
Positives:
The front desk clerk let me in my room early and I really appreciated it. I had driven all night to say goodbye to my brother who is dying from pancreatic cancer. This gave me a chance to take a shower and drop off my stuff before returning to the hospital. She didn’t have to do it, but she did. It’s that kind of service that makes a hotel exceptional.

Yes- the step stairs that you had to climb up. The cleaning ladies putting there carts at the bottom of the stairs and you had to squeeze by it to get off the stairs. As they were standing there watching you bring to elderly women down.

Room was facing interstate and noisy. The refrigerator stopped working. Room Stunk, smelled like wet carpet.
