The elevator, as well as the vending machine, were out. The elevator being out was a major issue for a senior citizen with knee & hip replacements.

The location was great. Staci was very great. All the staff was very friendly and courtesy. The landscape (outside itself) was very clean and stayed that way the whole visit. The lobby area was very very clean, and that to stayed that way the whole visit. They had cookies for you at checkin if you like that. The room was very very clean. It's very seldom you see a hotel with very clean hallways and elevators but this hotel does. Omg!! I just can not express enough how clean this hotel was.
Negatives:
The pool was very very nasty, and I feel like since it was that nasty it should have stayed covered. The lady that worked the kitchen Saturday morning wasn't rude, but she was not welcoming either. Went to breakfast at 8am and everything was cold, and for the price, that should have not been the case. Ok i get the sausage being cold because of the microwave but i personally would've/could've waited 5mins for a warm and freah cheese and egg omelet
