Homeless people walking in and out of the hotel, rooms look old and out of date, drug dealers also hanging around the hotel perimeter.

The tub faucet could not be turned off completely and dribbled/ran constantly.
The grounds were unkept and the pool was green.
The room was near an exterior door which slammed every time it was used and rattled our room’s door.
This door was used frequently starting at 5:45 am.
We booked 2 ½ months before our arrival but the posted cost for 2 of our 4 day stay later was tripled apparently due to the popularity of the location for the eclipse. This seems to be a bait and switch.
