The two ladies at the front desk. Crystal, I could have here name wrong, but jasmine whom is the other lady should know. They were great, professional.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in the third night was horrible. burn Stains on toilet seat, hair on floor in corner of bathroom, and it was awfully dirty. Tried to clean it up with one of their towels, and the room was filthy. Mind you I'm not thinking I would be CHARGED for a towel being dirty when I CLEANED their room with it, smh. Nope when they went to check the room I was told it would be 20 dollars because they wouldn't be able to CLEAN their towel. Now by this point I'm like wth. So I told them since I'm paying for the towel it's mines now and I want it. I don't need the towel but it is the point. You can't wash a dirty towel. I cleaned their dirty room to make myself and my children comfortable and I ultimately was charged for it smh. I will never stay here again because it was ridiculous.

We were very worried before coming to the hotel because of all the bad reviews written, but we did not encounter anything bad and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It felt like we stayed in a completely different hotel.

The room could not be locked from inside, the locks were broken but we didnt feel unsafe as one probably cannot open the door without a card easily anyway.

It was cheap. You can't be too picky getting a last minute booking during a large event. $---for a night was the absolute best deal we could get with the price gauging.
Negatives:
The staff was a bit off putting. The woman at the counter told us we looked young in a suspicious tone which was pretty uncomfortable. The room smelled like an ash tray and had cigarette burns all over the bath tub.
