The location is great for easy access to the better parts of Little Rock.
Negatives:
The hotel is under a "forced renovation" due to a water incident. That was a surprise upon checking in. I have stayed at many properties that were being renovated and that doesn't bother me. However, there were many amenities not available. I wished that my stay wasn't at full rate since I was only getting about 3/4 of a stay. The staff was professional and friendly. The area became a little sketchy after dark. The Motel 6 two hotels down, had a large group of people camping in the parking lot. The hotel was well lit but they locked the doors at dusk.
