Negatives: the room was nasty and bugs (live bugs as well as dead bugs) we’re all over the room. it smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in ages. my kids refused to even stay overnight because it was so bad. so we got a room elsewhere and requested a refund shortly after arriving but still have not heard anything back!!!!!!

Negatives: The staff couldn’t work the key card machine so I didn’t get a key to my room. Smelled like smoke. Burn holes in the comforter and sheets. Bed was very hard. Pictures did not match the actual hotel in person.
