The staff were incredibly friendly and it was very welcoming to our dogs. The lobby was beautiful for the holidays.

The cleanliness of the room. Needed updating. Old broke down chair. Poor mattress. Queen size sheet put on king bed. Front desk had to change our sheets after we was already dressed for bed. Never in my life has that happen before. I don’t think I will ever stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Furniture in the room was stained and greasy looking, floors in the dining room were sticky, breakfast was gross. My family has eaten lots of hotel breakfasts before, and my family wouldn’t eat it. I used this hotel because it allowed pets, but the room rate was outrageous for the quality.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds that felt hard and cheap from a discount mattress store. Did not sleep well at all as couldn’t get comfortable, even my kids, and the thermostat was also broken and only worked intermittently and took forever to cool all the way down

Very clean the desk personal are the greatest I love the feeling when I check in the sweetest ladies in the 2 years going on 3 I never felt so welcome

I forgot my suitcase at checkout I got distracted because I was making coffee and my phone rung and forgot it in the lobby. I never noticed till a week later I called and sure nuff it was there but when I got it back many things was missing the outfit my sister bought for me before her death meant a lot brand new still in the bag house shoe perfume jewelry and my medical edibles prescribed I dont smoke I do edibles yes they took that. Now I blame myself but a week wasnt turned in to lost and found now Im there about every 2 weeks give or take . I wouldve thought to have the courtesy to at least wait to see if it got claimed. Ive never been so disappointed in the staff. Ill give credit where credit due a lot of patron rely on an establishment to be honest theres cameras in the lobby if the want to the couldve checked I dont want to say they lost my business because I love the cleanness of the the room but I cant respect a thief I cant at the same time I blame my own self but I do believe in honesty
