Staff went above and beyond to meet my accommodations! I had to move to several rooms because internet wasn't working and staff carried all my luggage as well as making sure I had internet. They were beyond helpful. Front desk people were kind and helpful, too!

Office manager locked himself out of office. (Pictures to prove it) rooms weren’t ready (3pm) rooms were non smoking yet there were people standing right in front of rooms (leaning against rails on second floor) smoking cigarettes and marijuana and the smell entered room I am assuming because we had air conditioning on. Because rooms were not ready and then because of the lock out incident we were late for our plans which set the tone for an irritating evening. There was trash in the bathroom, only two towels, no complimentary shampoo, beds were uncomfortable, room was ridiculously tiny.
