clean. views are good. nice location close to campus of uc berkeley. beds comfortable. nothing else to add.
Negatives:
rooms are cold and poorly insulated. room service is so overpriced that one cannot consider using it. the compulsory "resort fee" scam ($50 a day) is poorly disclosed by booking and a ripoff (for facilities i neither used nor would consider using)
