I really enjoyed how clean everything was. I love having a mini fridge that actually worked. It was also very easy to get in and out to my car with signs and elevators.
Negatives:
I didn't like the slow wifi but that's to be expected at a hotel. I also didn't like the high fees included if you get room service from the restaurant in the hotel.

Carpets had a bad smell , strong chemical smell , just feel they are old and need to be removed . Also they had contruction going on and pools where closed and dinning area had ladders all over the place

The location was great for our visit to UCI. The room was so comfortable and fun to walk to - love the Italian Villa vibe! We had such a fun time at the garden patio bar. The service was amazing and drinks delicious.
Negatives:
The elevator was a bit sketchy. Lots of weird noise came out of it so we tried not to use it much. The pool was under construction but there was one available next door. We did not make the trip.
