We would put on the second floor towards the parking garage and it was very loud and our AC never cooled down so the room was very muggy

It’s directly across from LAX which is why we chose it.

The staff was so unfriendly and they all seem miserable, particularly the young man they checked us in.
We bought ice cream from the little mart by the check in desk and it was melted!
The breakfast service was gross. The food was barely edible.
