Between Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Negatives: the coach bed for the children is absolutely unaccaptable, it's a toutist bed with springs that you can feel all and very well, may be max. for small up to 4 years children, very light. for adolescents it doesn't work.

Positives: Breakfast was good. Same meal each day but it had scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, toast, yogurt, some juice, etc. Had a pool but no hot tub. Allowed us to store our luggage for the day before we checked in.

Negatives: Rooms were tired and dated. Carpet was pulled up in places, the cabinets were dented and chipped. Lots of crumbs in the couch cushions which fell into the pull out bed. Parking was 20$ a night. No elevator to the 3rd floor.

Positives: The fact that it was close to the beach.

Negatives: Dirty, filthy. The carpet was very dirty and disgusting, I had to cover it with sheets because of my 6 months baby, before covering the carpet her knees turned black. I had to keep her on the bed the entire stay. They had to order a carpet cleaner to come and clean it the next day. The room was smelly. The hotel is so old the sheets and towels stinks thank god I took my personal blanket. No cleaning service during the whole stay. The worst hotel ever.
