Positives: The property was not at all to our expectations. There is no room service, no lighting, carpets are old and dirty and even ripped. The hygiene was bad.

Positives: Easy to get to from LAX. There was a warm welcome when we arrived and the folks at reception and all the staff were exceptional our entire stay. Breakfast was included and very tasty / lots of choice.
