I definitely think the property is very well done. Rooms are very good size, furnishings tasteful and comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Negatives:
Shuttle pick up service FROM airport to hotel was horrible. No communication, left there for almost an hour waiting. When the shuttle did finally arrive the driver was EXTREMELY surely and just generally not a pleasant human being. The pick up shuttle was a completely different story…very pleasant and efficient.

Noise from guests in the room above. We complained several times as it was late and during the hotel’s stated quiet hours. It was incessant and the staff/management seemed unable to deal with it. We had a very early flight and needed our rest.

This really frustrated me. When we called for the shuttle from LAX they said 15 minutes and no other instructions. We didn’t get on to the shuttle until 45 mins of waiting and the guy sorting shuttles failed to mention the shuttle would not have the name on it.poor management after a very long flight.
