Negatives: Everything was great.

Negatives: Rude staff No food or room service They were short staffed and would not bring anything to the room. Had to go to lobby to pick up. No crib for baby. Broken AC. Wouldn’t bring portable heater. Noisy rooms with no sound insulation from outside traffic.

Negatives: The location was too close to the freeway. The pool wasn't relaxing because of the highway noise pollution. The view outside the windows was less than desirable. I paid for a step in shower but got a tub, which I specifically didn't want. The shower had a short shower curtain that got water everywhere instead of a glass shower door. The toilet paper holder was an absolute modern nightmare. Every time you try to pull paper off the tp roll, it would catapult the paper across the bathroom floor. This caused us to use more than double the tp we would have normally used. Seems like a small thing but that added cost will add up against your profits over time.

Negatives: The room was nice, but first night room above us or somewhere above was having to move out it was noisy and felt like someone was banging the floor. In the morning woke up to the call from reception stating my card had issue the payment didnt go through, so i had to go to receptionist on the morning on 26 Feb the lady at the front was very unprofessional and rude, even though i had paid for the hotel in advance through booking.com the lady didnt care and told me its not their problem and i had to provide my card details she obviously didnt know what she was doing but luckily managed to speak to hotel manager and she was unlike her staff very professional and knowledgable and knew how to deal with issues. and btw im still waiting on refund regarding my security deposit of USD 70 that i had to pay when i checked in.

Negatives: The fitness center is small and does not have a lot of options for someone who works out frequently but could hold you over for quick body weight or light weight workouts. Minor traffic noise. It is right next to the highway and if your window shares with that side of the hotel you’ll hear the semis speeding by, however that noise is diminished the further you get from the highway! Hotel is dog friendly but there’s not a lot of space to walk or exercise the dog safely without being on a major road.

Negatives: Bugs, hair in my bed from previous tenant, breakfast had mold or was stale

Negatives: waffles.

Negatives: A bit pricey

Negatives: Price. On the expensive side for king hotel room.
