There were bugs in the room, the kitchen was not equipped with any pans. We were moved to another room because the sink was leaking. There was no hairdryer. Asker the front desk and I was told only certain rooms come with one. The building has to be renovated.

The room was ideally laid out for a long stay. The kitchenette and storage were adequate size. The bed was comfortable and clean. The desk was adequate for doing remote work. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was good.
Negatives:
The lobby and elevators were filthy. The kitchen came with no plates or silverware or toaster, though they could be provided free upon request. The problem is that it takes time to realize what you don't have. I killed about 10 cockroaches in the room over the course of a 1 week stay. The excellent security fence had a broken gate, so the exit gate was open 24 hours per day so anyone could and did wander on to the property at any time.

We couldn’t stay because I clearly requested non smoking rooms because one of my family members suffers from asthma, and all the rooms I was offered had strong smoke odors, dirty and sticky floors at the kitchen and if this wasn’t enough we find LIVE ROACHES in one of the rooms at that point we couldn’t stay there, after I called several times and talked with the front desk people all what I heard was “I’m sorry” finally the front desk lady told me that she understood if I decided to leave and that all my money will be refunded, I’m still waiting for this charges be refunded since was the hotel didn’t comply with the services offered it was such a bad experience looking for another hotel that late this night
